I’m a dedicated yoga instructor with a strong foundation in both the science and spirit of yoga. With over nine years of experience, I’ve guided students of all levels toward greater well-being through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. My approach blends traditional practices with modern insights to support your unique journey.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor with 9+ years of teaching experience

  • M.Sc. in Yoga – Gold Medalist

  • Yoga Master – YCB Certified (1100 Hours)

  • Yoga Alliance Certified
